hah it was actually some oven cleaner, and elbow grease that got them like that... took a while! but looks badass! and the bashring was a combo of cilit bang toilet cleaner with bleach, and some steel wool!
 shame i managed to destroy the backplate though.. |

thats why the landing is nice and curved.. to prevent death from casing! but its a gap alright!

well...funny you should mention.. but im in the process of upgrading the chain device.. its going to be insane! : mrp carbon backplate, and custom fabricated titanium bashgaurd, 2mm thick, weighing all of 106g's// thats going to be insane! |

i have some Hones, and some Race Face Atlas's, and the xtr are right up there! and the lightest of the light!

talas rc2's at 100mm! ... well i had some magura thor's.. they were lighter. but if im honest they were rubbish! the bike still weighs about 24lbs ish!

u can get a KCNC seatclamp, looks alot more streamlined than the big hope ones.. and comes in almost any colour, with ti bolt as standard,,, around £17.. 20g lighter?

if you want it lighter you should really get a different seatpost! the diablous is unnecessary! almost anything will be lighter!

pretty loud... not in the same league as a hope etc, but more pronounced than a silent shimano one!

working in an ace bike shop helps MASSIVELY
got the frame a fair bit cheaper! if i was going to get new brakes id get the hope tech x2's, but as this bike is "done" iv moved onto pimping my other bike for summer |
